A small but nice hotel close to the blue mosque and numerous restaurants., sites and transport links. Both the 2 guys on reception were extremely friendly and always helpful, making a great restaurant recommendation (Marbella) 5 minutes from the hotel. Breakfast was traditional but good and Sonia (Russian lady) very friendly and helpful even though she spoke little English (Google translate worked!). Only slight criticism was they changed the towels daily even though we were happy to re-use but this seems to happen in most hotels. Overall, I would definitely recommend the hotel if visiting Istanbul

Another great stay at Sultan’s Royal Hotel. We stayed here for a business event. The location was great as it was close to the event venue. The room was ideal, comfortable and clean. The most important fact is the staff at the hotel that always make us feel at home here. Sonia, the lady that takes care of the kitchen, was absolutely great. She always manages to prepare the breakfast and keep all the dishes warm and fresh. She always tries to accommodate all our needs and spends extra time to communicate with us…. She even uses the translator on her phone to communicate with us as we don’t speak the language. Overall a great stay and we will be back soon. Keep up the great work team.

Great stay! Such a charming place. Shout out to Sonia. She’s does the cooking and sets up breakfast. Her offering was really good. As an American traveling to Turkey, I appreciated having Turkish foods to try. They were all delicious! And she is such a kind person with great communication skills.

We are three friends from Florida and Brazil. We booked a last-minute trip to Turkey, and this hotel felt like a home away from home. We stayed in a cozy family room and were treated like family. Raşit was a great host and arranged tours to Cappadocia, provided maps, airport transfers, and all the information and solutions we needed for our improvised trip. Not to mention Sonia, an adorable lady from Kazakhstan, who treated us like relatives, making special meals and wonderful salads. The BEST breakfast one could ask for. We will miss you guys, and we know where to stay on our next trip to Istanbul. Thanks for making our time in this lovely city simply unforgettable.

Mahmood, Rasyid & their team at Reception are simply wonderful! They made our stay in Istanbul enjoyable. We got daily Turkish breakfast at the hotel. The lady who prepared our breakfast is Sonya. She is also wonderful! She asked us how long we stay at the hotel and surprised us with yummy menu every morning. Thank you, Sonya!
